Nausea just hit me like a ton of bricks, maybe it was the mustard-pickle-jalapeño-turkey wrap I made....maybe my blood sugar is dropping?? I dunno. I got all stoked to update y'all and boom! Grossness.
So I maintained radio silence since Friday because how crazy work has been. Friday turned out to be excellent. Margaritas and Mexican food with friends.
Saturday, was a rest day for me and I took Goliath to the dog park. We played. We swam. Well, he swam. It was hot.
I worked that night, which kept me tame so I could get up for my long run on Sunday. Which was disastrous when there are two accidents on the highway, a 5k on the trail you want to run and half of it is closed due to construction.
They literally blew up the trail. Awesome. I got my miles and am feeling it today.
So I know you are dying to know how the week panned out for my weight loss goals!

I can't believe it took me almost a year to discover the dog park here. It's only $30 for a membership for a year and I'm pretty sure we got our money's worth after about a week.

Favorite drink - I usually have rum/diet coke but I love long islands. I can usually only have 1 though - those things are strong!

I love long islands, bloody marys, or coconut rum & pineapple. I will also drink UV/lemonade.
I don't go to the dog park nor do I know where one is around me. Summer is too small to go to the dog park. She gets scared if dogs come up to her too aggressively. I'm kind of a bad dog momma. Since she is so tiny it is hard to socialize her but I try to go by other dogs when possible.

I had a good weekend. My boyfriend came back to town after a vacation, and it's so nice to have him back home!!!

Whoot Whoot! Awesome job on the weight loss!!! My weekend was lame as the boys were sick and I wasnt hanging with you! Favorite Drink - Peach Margarita with a double shot of Tequila. There is a "PARK" here that I take Porter too, he likes it cause people are loving on him everytime he comes out. I think he thinks hes a celebrity. More power to him.
