Giveaway! Giveaway!

YOU HEARD ME!

How do you feel about cereal?
Ok, how do you feel about organic cereal with chocolate and almonds in it??

Wanna try it? You can by either winning this giveaway or going and buying it yourself.

I have TWO giant boxes to give away to you friends,provided so graciously by KCRC. I was not contacted by Cascadian Farms for this. The cereal is really yummy, it's perfect on Greek yogurt, atop a smoothie or just for munching. In fact, several of my friends tested it out Saturday and also really enjoyed it.

Here's how you can enter:
1. Be a follower of The Bosky Blog, and comment with what is your current favorite cereal!
2. Tell me why breakfast is important! Leave a separate comment.
3. "Like" The Bosky Blog on Facebook and comment that you did so.
4. Follow us ontwitter Comment that you did so.
5. Tweet, repost, link, or Facebook this giveaway. Show me the link!
6. Visit the Kansas City Running Company website and tell me which race you would do!
7. Comment with your days's workout. You can do this multiple times while the giveaway is running!
8. Email us a question for Video Vierenes.

I follow you Jules! Current favorite healthy cereal is Kashi Go Lean Crunch, and unhealthy is frosted flakes.

Breakfast is super important. If I don't eat, I may not be hungry, but I'll be irritable and unable to focus and be productive. Breakfast is a must if I want to be a functioning member of society.

Breakfast is NOT that important to me, I eat around 9:30-10. If I eat any earlier, I am HUNGRY all flipping day. It sets up the rest of the day for me though, so maybe it is!!

I eat my breakfast in the car, as I have a 50-minute commute one way. Breakfast is important because it gives me fuel for the day, and as a teacher, that morning fuel is important!!!

My favorite cereal (right now) is Count Chocula! My mom and mother in law both gave us a bunch of boxes of it and they could not have chosen a better gift!

Breakfast is important to start your day! If eat a healthy breakfast, I will eat healthy the whole day. If I start with a doughnut, I will eat bad the whole day.

Breakfast is important, because, if I don't eat it, or if I eat poorly for breakfast, I eat poorly for the rest of the day.

I haven't been working out. I injured my hip pretty badly this summer, and I've been afraid to do anything ever since. :(
